AUTOMATIC TUBE SURFACE CLEANING UNIT

Rust and paint residues are cleaned from surface as the original metal surface will emerge without causing any wear or impact on surface of tube.

ELECTRIC TORQUE METER

We have in our plant 3 pneumatic and electric torque meters which are designed for removing and inserting compressed gas cylinders’ valves in accordance with its’ torque values. In our region, such processes are made by simple devices so cracks consist on the tube and valve. This creates a big risk to life and property for the user. To avoid such incidents, the ministry issued the eligibility certificates certainly should be asked to the testing company.

TUBE PAINTING MACHINE

Our tube painting machine which works with special fast drying industrial paints appropriate to color scales set by the competent institutions, has a capacity of 60 tube paint per hour.

VACUUMING AND DRYING UNIT

After the tube pressure water test, the remaining water droplets turn into ice crystals during filling procedure so these crystals prevent the flow of gas during usage. For this reason, in our plant after the tube pressure water test our insides of tubes are vacuumed first then they are dried with dry air at +120°C.

HYDROSTATIC TEST TUBE RAMP We make 5 years valid pressure tests of all the tubes from all over Turkey through our “Compressed Gas Cylinders Periodic Inspection, Testing and Maintenance Certificate” issued by the ministry of industry and commerce.
