FIRE EXTINGUISHING POWDER FILLING UNIT

Our fire extinguishing powders are appropriate to TS EN 615 standard and also our filling unit has TS EN 11827 “Service Place Qualification Certificate”. Fire extinguishers are delivered within 3 business days after receiving from addresses of our customers. Fire extinguishers are checked at every 6 months on-­-site by authorized personnel of our company.

ACETYLENE GAS FILLING ( C₂H₂ )

Our acetylene gas filling ramp is capable of filling 90 tubes at the same time. Filling ramp is equipped with exproof systems which have circuit breakers and check valves to prevent glare and sparks during filling.

CARBONDIOXIDE GAS FILLING   (CO₂)

We have 2 German-­-made electro-­-mechanical liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) gas filling ramps which have a capacity of 2500 kg per hour.

OXYGEN GAS FILLING   (O₂)

Our plant has a capacity of filling 60 tubes at the same time by our 2 oxygen gas filling pump. We can fill 60 to 90 tubes per hour at maximum capacity (depending on tube size).
